Introduction
STW Bot enables businesses to centralize and automate customer communication across multiple Meta platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. Businesses using the platform may connect their own Meta assets such as WhatsApp Business Accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, and Meta Business portfolios through Meta-authorized login and authentication processes.
The platform is intended for legitimate business communication and customer engagement activities. STW Services LLP respects user privacy and is committed to protecting all business and customer information processed through the platform.

Because STW Bot integrates with Meta services, users may voluntarily authorize the platform to access specific information associated with their Meta business assets. Depending on the permissions granted during authentication, STW Bot may access and process WhatsApp Business Account information, phone number details, approved message templates, Facebook Page information, Instagram Business Account details, Messenger conversations, Instagram direct messages, business profile information, catalog information, and related communication metadata.
The platform also processes customer communication data generated through business interactions. This may include WhatsApp conversations, Messenger chats, Instagram direct messages, chatbot conversations, customer contact numbers, media files, campaign delivery information, automation workflows, form submissions, and landing page interactions. This information is processed solely to provide the communication and automation services requested by the business using STW Bot.

STW Bot does not access private Meta data beyond the permissions authorized by the user during the authentication process. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of Meta services through STW Bot complies with all applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policies, Instagram Policies, Messenger Policies, and local regulations governing business communications.
Third-Party Service Providers
To provide secure and scalable services, STW Bot may utilize trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers. These providers may include Meta Platforms, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Google services, Razorpay, and related technology vendors necessary for platform operations.

Data Retention and Deletion
STW Bot retains business and communication data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide platform services, maintain business continuity, comply with legal obligations, and support customer operations.
If a subscription is canceled or terminated, data may be retained for up to thirty (30) days unless immediate deletion is requested. Businesses may also choose to delete their account and associated data directly through available platform controls where applicable.
Users may request deletion of their information, connected Meta assets, or communication records by contacting support@stw-services.com or support@stwbot.com. Deletion requests are generally processed within thirty (30) days unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legitimate security or compliance purposes.
Once deleted, data may not be recoverable.
International Data Processing
STW Bot serves users globally. By using the platform, businesses understand and agree that information may be processed, transferred, and stored in jurisdictions outside their country of residence, including jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ.
